Lisa Gradow, Philippa Peters and Vincent Bobinski founded Fides in 2021 to bring Corporate Governance into the 21st century. After having experienced the pains of managing companies as CEOs, lawyers and shareholders themselves, they knew exactly what solution was missing.
With a rock star team of engineers and lawyers they are committed to building an intuitive, customizable, and smart solution for corporates worldwide.
