Create and manage your corporate documents - seamless & secure.
Fides helps you handle your documents from creating a template to keeping track of signatures, deadlines and document-related pending tasks covering your entire workflow.
Create Templates

Create Templates
Draft any document faster with a smart template
Have your templates ready to use at any time. Include smart placeholders for documents that are needed regularly. Our customers use this feature for various types of documents: from meeting agendas and minutes, to PoAs, Intercompany Agreements, to general documents like NDAs.
Placeholders connect to your Fides entity database

Placeholders connect to your Fides entity database
Placeholders are automatically completed with the correct company data
By using placeholders, it is possible to retrieve data from the database of your Fides account when creating documents such as minutes or PoAs. This is very convenient when it comes to entering typical data points such as company address and commercial register information or residence and date of birth of the managing director without further annoying and error-prone copy/paste efforts.
Sign documents

Sign documents
Execute your document by sending it to the signatories directly via Fides
With Fides, you can send any document directly to the signatories via our DocuSign integration for signing and monitoring the progress. Additional functionalities are also available, e.g. assigning cc observers.
Important to know: You do not need your own DocuSign account! All DocuSign functionalities are fully included in your Fides license.

Manage Tasks and Monitor Deadlines

Manage Tasks and Monitor Deadlines
Create document-realated tasks and track their status and deadline
Given that many documents are associated with tasks or deadlines, you can manage them with Fides and configure email reminders for yourself, the responsible person or department. Our Customers use this functionality e.g. for expiration and renewal of PoAs, ID documents of directors, guarantee expirations from M&A deals or reporting obligations from credit agreements.
